June: Festival Fringed Look

Hello guys and girls!

I feel like it has been yonks since i last wrote a post, when it actual fact its been about 2 months! A lot has gone on since then, which you can read about in my upcoming posts, but lets get back in with a super look book for you all.

Summer is finally here and we can say goodbye to those puffy coats, winter boots and tubs of Vicks we all stash in our handbags!
To mark the beginning of the summer, what better way is there than to attend a festival where you can let your hair down and unleash your inner hippie!

Whether you are attending Wireless or V-festival, I have a few looks for you that will definitely get you in the summer mood!

The first look I have for you is a casual festival look that you can wear anywhere, whether it be a day festival or simply a street carnival in your hometown!

The top is a sheer black vest top with a fringed hem. I love this top, because you can get away with it as a crop top whilst still covering your midriff! So girls, no need to worry about that muffin top you've carried over from winter, this top will cover all the right areas whilst still giving a sexy and summery vibe!

Team this with a pair of ripped skinny jeans and wedges and your ready to party. I found these amazing earrings from Berksha and i instantly fell in love. This turquoise-blue is so on trend this summer, and the feathers give the look that boho feel!

Ive also chosen a blue eyeliner to give this look a pop of colour! Blue or green eyeliner works wonders with festival looks, its so bright and playful and really brings out most eye colours, especially brown eyes like mine!
The eyeliner i have used is the MeMeMe Enchanted Eyes Dual Ended Wand.

The next look is inspired by Coachella, a popular festival in the US where young celebrities such as Kendall Jenner and Vanessa Hudgens like to go and let loose. The fashion there has always caught my attention, and I was super excited when H&M brought out a "H&M loves Coachella" range.

This dress can be passed off as a sort of maxi dress. The fringed hem is floor length which is super cool and different, a real show stopper. The black and white geometric print is bold and eye-catching, perfect for any festival. Throw on those trusty chunky black ankle boots, a black floppy hat and you are ready to rock Coachella!

My last look is great for any summer outing, not just festivals, I love wearing this type of look to BBQs, days out by the beach etc!

This long white strappy vest top is such a lovely girly piece and looks so beautiful with a simple pair of skinnies and boots. The way it falls is oh-so elegant and flowwy, definitely the perfect piece to keep you cool on those long hot summer days. Ive chosen a long gold necklace with a dream catcher pendant, again with hints of that popular turquoise colour. Loose curls and a nude lip are the perfect addition to this dreamy boho look.

Gold faux tattoos are a must have for festival season this year! They pull together any fashion pieces to give it that super fun and boho festival look! They are easy to transfer from packet to the skin and are the perfect was to express yourself through body art, without the commitment to the ink! Simply rub some baby oil (or virgin olive oil) onto the skin and wipe clean with a cotton pad to remove the tattoo whenever you are done having your festival fun!
